DIY Pre-Lit "Believe" Shadow Box

Have you seen our new pre-lit wooden shadow box? The 12" x 12" size is perfect to decorate using 12" x 12" scrapbook paper. Its new concept of the LED lights built in the design is so cool because it adds such a fun dimension to your decoration without you having to insert a string of lights inside the box.

The box comes in a white wash finish, so you don't even need to paint it. You can if you want to, of course, but we left it as is.

Here's what you'll need to make this adorable Christmas decoration:
- 1 wooden shadow box with LED lights (SALE $14.88 reg. $19.99 now thru Nov. 19, 2017)
- 4" x 16" die cut gold foil (1 forest, 1 village)
- 10" wooden "believe" cut out
- 12" x 12" scrapbook paper (My Mind's Eye "Joyful" paper collection)
- 1 pack of wooden snowflakes
- Mod Podge or double-sided tape
- E6000 glue

Open the box. Cut your paper to fit the back side. Glue it in place using Mod Podge or your favorite double sided tape. Place inside the box the die cut gold foil village first (you may want to add a drop of glue under the die cut to make sure it stays in place). Now place the forest gold foil cut out in front of the village.

Add 3 wooden snowflakes to the back using E6000 glue. Add one also on the cover of the box in the upper right corner. Then glue the "Believe" wood cut out using E6000 again. Now it's ready to turn on and display for all your family to see!
