3D Wall Hanging | Graphic 45 COUTURE Paper

Tracie is showing off Bonnie's latest creation! The Graphic 45 "Couture" paper collection is used in this project. Bonnie used flat canvas boards as the surface and used a 3D technique to make the characters stand out. Beautiful!

3D Wall Hanging using the Graphic 45 Couture Paper Collection

Create a 3D effect by layering paper cut outs with 3D foam squares.

Supplies:
3 Flat Canvas Boards
Black Acrylic Paint
Paint Brushes
Glitter Glue
3D Foam Squares
Peacock Feather
Stickles Glitter Glue
Double-Sided Tape
Ribbon
Graphic 45 Couture Paper Collection (or paper of your choice)

Directions:
1. Paint the 3 canvases with black paint. Let dry completely. Brush the glitter glue on the black paint to make it sparkle.

2. Cut your paper to fit the board, but don't cover the entire thing, leave about 3/4 each around to show the sparkling black. Adhere the paper to the boards with double-sided tape.

3. To create the 3D effect, simply cut 2 extra cut outs of what you want to make pop out. In this case, we cut 2 extra layers of the characters. Adhere to the first layer of paper with 3D Foam Squares. To create even more dimension, Bonnie also outlined the dresses with Stickles Glitter Glue.

4. Once that was dry, we added a peacock feather, but you can add any embellishments of your choice. We also attached the 3 boards to a long ribbon to hang. Add a bow at the top to finish it off!
